Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Visit lastingactivewear.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the items securely and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the designated region may be subject to additional return shipping fees. Please check with your local customs for any applicable charges.
